Guidelines for Gaming Vendor Licensing

A Gaming Vendor is any business or entity that distributes, manufactures, leases or sells Gambling equipment and/or video games of chance to the Prairie Island Indian Community, or any of their Gaming Enterprises.

New Vendor License

All Initial (new) Gaming Vendors Applicants for Class D Gaming Vendor License shall be required to submit the following forms to the Prairie Island Gaming Commission Vendor Licensing Department.


Renewal License

 

  All Gaming Vendor Class D License Renewals will submit the following Forms and License Fees.  


All vendors must abide by all rules and regulations set forth in the Prairie Island Gaming Ordinance and or Tribal/State Compact, and any other rules or regulations set forth by the National Indian Gaming Commission.
