A Non-Gaming Vendor is any business, entity or individual that provides Treasure Island Resort and Casino, Bingo/Pull Tab with non-gaming related supplies, services and/or concessions.

Non-gaming Vendors who do not anticipate
providing goods or services in excess of $25,000 per license year and who
have a contract with Treasure Island Resort and Casino, Bingo/Pull Tab shall be
required to submit the
following forms to the Prairie Island Gaming Commission Vendor License Department:
On-line Initial (New) Non-Gaming Application Form (These Forms can be FAXED OR MAILED BY U.S. MAIL OR E-MAIL OR DELIVERY SERVICES.)
"Personal History Statement" (no Finger Print Card is necessary)
SIGNED AND NOTARIZED "Authority to Release Information Form" sent with "Personal History Statement".
SIGNED AND NOTARIZED "Authority to Release All Claims Form" sent with "Personal History Statement".
Copy of ANY AND ALL CURRENT business licenses.
Non-gaming Vendor who provide goods or
services in excess of $25,000 annually to Treasure Island Resort and
Casino will be required to submit the following forms to the Prairie Island
Gaming Commission Vendor License Department:
On-line Initial (New) Non-Gaming Application Form (These Forms can be FAXED OR MAILED BY U.S. MAIL OR E-MAIL OR DELIVERY SERVICES.)
"Personal History Statement" of one (1) officer of the company and one (1) individual in direct contact with Treasure Island Resort and Casino. (no Finger Print Card is necessary)
SIGNED AND NOTARIZED "Authority to Release Information Form" sent with "Personal History Statement".
SIGNED AND NOTARIZED "Authority to Release All Claims Form" sent with "Personal History Statement".
A License Fee of $100.00 shall be required. Please Make Checks Payable to "Prairie Island Indian Community"
Copy of ANY AND ALL CURRENT business licenses.
Non- Gaming Vendor License Renewal
Non-Gaming Vendor Renewals are required to
submit the following:
All forms must be completed in FULL including FULL NAME before an investigation can be completed and a license issued.
All vendors shall abide by all rules and
regulations set forth in the Prairie Island Gaming Ordinance and or Tribal/State
Compact, and any other rules or regulations set forth by the National Indian
Gaming Commission.
